The presenter will also have to list and explain the method of data collection to be used and how the method is appropriate in the contemporary situation. The presenter should also state how the study would be implemented. This could include a time schedule of the implementation of the study. He should also state those who would implement the study and when the study is expected to be implemented. After the study is carried out the presenter should explain how the information collected would be analyzed to provide the required information. The presenter of the research proposal should give a summary of all the resources needed to carry out the study and give the required information. Such resources could include budget, human capital, man power and transport means. The presenter should summaries the presentation to be as brief as possible but no important details should be omitted. On any aspect that is not clear the panel would ask for clarity and therefore the participant should be ready for questions. When submitting a research proposal there should be an accompanying letter where the details of the proposal should be written. Details that are included in the letter consist of the title of the research proposal, the name of the leader and the period for which the study would be carried. Another letter of intent should be prepared clearly giving the summary of the proposal and the estimates of the resources needed to send it to a funding organization.
